Gophers can turn a pristine mountain lawn into a minefield in a single night. The Lewis Tool Gopher Bait Applicator (often branded under the Yard Butler name) is the heavy-duty, “no-dig” solution favored by the Mountain Gardener for its surgical precision and safety.

The “Why” for Your Garden

Traditional gopher control involves messy digging or leaving poison where pets and birds might find it. This tool uses a pointed spike tip to probe the ground and deliver bait directly into the active tunnel. Because the bait stays 612 inches underground, its out of reach for children and pets, and the gopher never knows you were there until its too late.
