The most whimsical garden features are those that feel like a hidden discovery from a fairytale, and the Mushroom Birdbath from Henri Studio is a premier example. This one-piece birdbath is masterfully sculpted to resemble a large woodland mushroom, with a smooth, rounded cap that serves as the water basin and a thick, organic stem as the pedestal. It is crafted from heavy, solid cast stone, weighing 47 pounds, making it a stable yet manageable addition to your garden beds or patio.

I find that the Mushroom Birdbath is an exceptional choice for a children’s garden, a whimsical fairy garden, or tucked away in a shaded woodland corner. The shallow basin is designed with the perfect depth for small songbirds to drink and bathe safely, while its smooth surface is easy to clean. Like all Henri Studio originals, it is built to handle the elements for decades, gaining a lovely aged patina that highlights the natural “fungi” form as the seasons go by.
